These two wonderful quartets combine to give us one of the greatest works of the chamber music repertoire.

Over the last year the Heath Quartet has won 1st Prize and the Audience Prize at the Tromp International Competition in Eindhoven and 2nd Prize at the Haydn International Competition in Vienna. The Doric String Quartet is now firmly established as one of the outstanding quartets of their generation.
